Sessions

Sessions take place at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes.

If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, I ask for 48 hours notice.

I also offer online sessions.

Fees

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy

Sessions cost £70

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in our sessions remains strictly confidential.

I would not consider breaking confidentiality unless I felt you were a threat to yourself or others. If I do have to breach confidentiality, I will discuss with yourself in advance where possible.
